Android Application to send and receive APDU commands and Responses

Hi Everyone
I need to send a set of APDU commands by an Android application to a Java Contactless Card and receive back the responses.
Is there any publicly available application to do that?

"Open Mobile API" can help you, and you must have a NFC phone.
