Looking for free EMV applications

I want to get some information about EMV API library. My question is where I can get these information.
Also is there any EMV applications for free or opensource EMV applet?

Did you mean Open EMV? This applet is a very basic EMV applet. Souce code: viewtopic.php?f=33&t=33
