Protect others from modifying applets in ejava token

I have been working with eJava Token for several days. I was wondering if there is any technique to keep some people from installing other applets during the personalization process ?

Change the GP key to the value that only you know. And be sure to keep the key value secret.

Then no one can download and install other applet into the card.
