Java card implemented Java Card 3.0 Connected Edition

Is there any java card which is the implementation of Java Card 3.0 Connected Edition? I searched almost the whole internet but found nothing.

I have not seen any java card that implemented Java Card 3.0 Connected Edition in current market. Why do you want this kind of card?

I want to do some test and I am told that Java Card 3.0 Connected Edition has some APIs which Classic Edition doesn't have.
