I am a little curious about FUSE command.After performing FUSE command, can I still upload applet in java card and also can I change card manager keys? Thanks

The description of FUSE command is:

The FUSE command disables the access to the Root Applet permanently.

That means you can not change card parameters since the FUSE command sent.
You can use card as normal, upload applet, install ...
You can't change card mananger key with Root Applet, but you can change it using the PUT KEY Command.
