Change the state "secured" to "initialized"

I have a JCOP card, whose current state is secured. I wonder if it's possible to change the state "secured" to "initialized". Hope someone can tell me how to complete this transition. Much appreciated for any help.

The transition to Secured is irreversible. So it's impossible to reach your goal.
