want to know about passcode change

i want to know about passcode change in java card. I had searched in EMV book and global platform documents but i didn't found any thing related to Passcode command.

if anyone have any idea related to this topic or any basic code then please tell me something so that i can able to understand its use.

password was setup in personalizing process, the password for online verification could not be changed offline.
