The reader is just a transparent transmission channel
pos has a business process, using a reader to communicate with the card

May I ask a question?
The server which is in communication with pos is stationary? How it identifies the card from which bank?

I don't understand this question very well. It's probably like this.
Acquiring the financial application's aid first according to the specification
If you can't get it, then exhaustive support pos support aid
Can't recognize this card if it's not available
Because different financial organizations have different aids, they can identify each other.
