Hello, everyone. If data is a integer, 0xff81 and 0x0081 how to code in der( distinguished encoding rule) ?
It says so in the specification :"If the contents octets of an integer value encoding consist of more than one octet,then the bits of the first octet and bit 8 of the second octet: shall not all be one and shall not all be zero". Who can help me? Thank you!
