How to make sure that the cap file has not been changed

Hi guys!
Is there any method to be sure that your cap file has not been changed by others? Suppose that you need to send your cap file to other people to download into the card. And you also don't want he to change your cap file. How can you be sure that your cap file has not been changed?

I would be much appreciated if anybody can help me!

We could make SHAxxx code for the cap file. Or make one signature for it as also. MessageDigest and Signature both can make integrity of objects.
