The Card Production Tool:

In the configuration file run.bat, there is "sct -d -l5 -r pcsc:% 1 rm_all" command, what is sct? It sames not a windows command, is it a tool? Where can I get it?

The sct is a Smart Card Tool, you can use other APDU Tools to replace it. And The APDU tool must be a console application.
