I am going to use
JCIDE to code my own applet, which requires HMAC. So I wonder if
JCIDE support HMAC. THANKS.

JCIDE doesn't support HMAC.

Do you know other IDE for java card applet development?A free IDE IS BETTER.

JCOP plug-in for Eclipse is good, but it's limited by NXP. It seems that there is no other free IDE in the current market.
