Wallet Applet | Install parameter

Hello,

I'm trying to run the Wallet applet demo provided by Sun but, for that, a pin should be set at installation.
After reading several tips, I still can't make it work.

Could you provide some guidance for that, please?

Some data that should matter:
Applet AID: 11223344556677
Package AID: 1122334455
Pin at Install: 9999
