JavaCard OS

JCIDE has always worked fine. But today the Debug Shell can not appear after clicking "Debug" button.
Is that a bug of JCIDE ? If not, how can I solve this issue?

Click the "Debug" button first. Then select the menu "View"--> "Toolbars and Docking windows", click on the V mark in the left side of the option "Debug Shell-Debug". Your problem is solved.

In my Case "Debug shell-debug" no appear in Toolbar menu, than how it should appear. Thanks in advance

What Should I do , If Debug-shell not appear in ToolBar menu ..?
