Cannot launch pyApduTool

My OS: Win 10 x64

After launching the tool I'm getting this error:
Unpacking pyInstaller also doesn't help. The previous version (classic one) also doesn't work, but it doesn't show anything.

Please y delete the config.ini file which in the pyApdutoll install directory.
