question about JCIDE configuration

I have been using
JCIDE software to develop my application. But I always have no idea about some configuration options in
JCIDE.
In
Option dialog box, What are the
server / used port used to do? I have indicated them with yellow rectangle in the figure below.
Does anyone know this?

It's used to connect external simulator.
