JCO10/18 V2.3.1

Could JCO10/18 V2.3.1 be used as a SIM card? Does this reader http://javacardos.com/store/java_sim_reader.php work with this card?

JCOP10/18 can not be used as SIM card. It's just a java card with SIM size.

And this card can work with SIM Reader.
