save applet persistent on the card

I have contacted vendor from amazon, the seller sent me the script to completely initialize and pre-personalize the card with default keys.
as soon as I receive my card I will test it

I have added comment for not fuse the card (//00000000)
I need too comment 00100000 for unprotect the card card.

On the other hand, the card is initialized for protocole T=1,
it seems to me that javacard os does not yet take into account the T = 1 protocol or the reverse, I no longer know.
