How to integrate web application with applet

I am using JCIDE to develop my applet. And I want to integrate this applet with the web application which is present in the CAD. I mean, the commands from this webpage should go to the applet in the APDU format. Does somebody know how to implement this? Or give me some example for my reference. Thanks in advance.
