I need to be able to uniquely identify any bank card and validate that they are not fake ones. Further I'd like to validate the user's PIN. And I donot want to run any applet with it - I just want to read the unique ID of the card to validate that the card is not created manually and validate that the user entered PIN matches the one stored on the card.
Is there any tutorial? Or some guides for me to study? Thanks.

And I have finished some simple steps. Now I need to validate the card. How can I validate the card with "internal authenticate" ? Can I use some public key and signature method ?
