Change native implementation of javax.smatcardio

I am programming an applet which uses javax.smatcardio APIs and I want to change native implementation of that.
Could anyone give me some pointers? Thanks

Why you want to do it?
Package javax.smartcardio is for offcard applications.
You can't use it in the applet.
sense and simplicity
