1.Some bluetooth on laptop support peripheral role. It can make your pc/lantop become an ibeacon device. Then your can find it ,can connect it ,communicate with it on your moblie phone.
JCIDE use it as an bluetooth interface to allow use to debug applet with their phone.

I get rid of debugshell of JCIDE for quite a long time. Why ? There are so many better debug tool to communicate with JCIDE via virtual reader. If you want to make your own bluetooth device . ble_app_uart in nRF5_SDK_15.0.0_a53641a is a good option. Or Buy one from Javacardos.
