Plz tell me
How to use a transport key or where is its use described?
P.S.
there is a new smart card and there is * .txt with a hexadecimal sequence
of 4 bytes 17, 15
All that I managed to find is that a transport key is used to block reading/writing of the chip. And I did not find his description and how to use.
