I tried to develop some features of Java Card and I got some questions.

1. As my title, is it possible to install Java Card OS on other kind of integrated circuit instead of smart card's ? That means maybe I can run applet or some Java Card features on other IC.
2. If Java Card OS can work on other IC, is there any manufacturer that providing Java Card OS, no matter it is open source or paid ?
3. Is there any manufacturer providing such a customized service of installing Java Card OS into other kind of IC ?
