If you saying from 00 to Y3 are hex Then why you converting 00 to 3030

Is that character "O" or numerical value "0" "Zero"

Character zero, not value 0x00.

I was considering as a Numerical that was the mistake i was doing....
And i tried with 3030 it is generating correct
