JavaCard OS

Sorry for my poor knowledge. I am new to this field. There are so many functions(methods) and parameters in the whole java card system. How does the Oracle implement to assure the quality of each java card API? I am just curious about this. Could anyone tell me about it?

TCK , is a set of test tool to test java card API. It's no free. You can buy it from Oracle.
