Physical card reader option is not working in JCOP eclipse

Hi everyone ,
I am using JCOP eclipse kepler and when i am trying to run my java card code on card reader ACS which is connected to my system but card reader option is not working in JCOP eclipse, means i am not able to select card reader option.
Error is,No PC/SC readers were detected on this system
please help me out what to do.
