BCDUtil.convertToHex '6A80' error occurs when cap file is downloaded to J3H145 card

In the environment where Library Option is java_card_kit-3_0_4, the applet implementing BCDUtil.convertToHex works normally in smart card proxy, but '6A80' error occurs when cap file is downloaded to J3H145 card. What is the problem?

J3H145 card is a card of NXP. Smard card proxy is a tool for JAVACOS. I think J3H145 card didn't support BCDUtil
well
