HELLLP!

I have zero experience when it comes to this stuff and I really need help with this javacard program. I've looked at different examples, read tons of articles, but still don't get on what the hell I'm supposed to do! If someone has a video they can post of a step by step tutorial for beginners or can teach it well enough that a kid can understand it....please, please, please get back to me! thanks!
