I am getting install error 69 85, when installing the cap file on the Java card.

"Install Applet error: Install Applet failed. Send: 80 E6 0C 00 1D 06 A0 00 00 02 47 10 07 A0 00 00 02 47 10 01 07 A0 00 00 02 47 10 01 01 00 02 C9 00 00 00, Recv: 69 85."

Note: I can download and install some some other applets to my Java card (JCOP 2.4.1 R3 is a Java Card 2.2.2).

There are many causes, you could check install / construction method of your applet:
1. if too many clear on deselect/reset memory were allocated
2. if some Key/Cipher/Signature, were initialized, that are not supported by card.
