Could anyone provide me some information to generate application cryptogram in java card applet?

You can reference to GP descriptions in "Cryptographic Usage" of SCP01/02/...;
It contains crytographic for Entity Authentication/Message Integrity/Message Data Confidentiality.
These functions are all we can use Cryptographic to do.
