The Square card reader

Hello,

I own a small business repairing electronics.
Most of my business is from school districts, and they only pay via credit card.

I have just upgraded to the F6 and I am having problems reading any credit card. It gives me the msg "card not charged"
Does anyone have any tips.


I didn't find the right solution from the internet.

maybe your card has been locked, you can get help from cad issuer, such as bank or credit card company.

Maybe the new version firmware program of the reader has some bugs when it has been releaseed.
