I have connected bR301 with my iPAD via bluetooth. Now I try to connect to bR301 from iPAD to the application app: "eID-Viewer Pro" from appstore Apple. bR301 is connected but software can not access it. How can I solve this issue?
Any help is appreciated.

The eIDviewer-Pro is made by our customer Zetes, the application is using to access Belgium eID card, so you will need have Belgum eID card then you can using this application.

And another hand, Zetes is our customer who oemed bR301 reader, so the application only works for their oem reader. Feitian standard bR301 cannot work with their application
