Gemalto SGP Card

Post by jeffryang24 » Sat May 20, 2017 2:09 am

Hello, Everybody... I want to ask about this Gemalto Card... I have issue when do SCP with this card... Below is the card detail from my client:
- There is a "Gemalto SGP" sign at the top left of the card like this "Gemalto SGP - U10xxxxxx - 05/16"
- Has a magnetic strip behind the card
- At the front side, there is a chip like Gemalto IDPrime PIV card
- AID : A000000003000000 (Visa Card Manager based on this site: https://www.eftlab.co.uk/index.php/site-map/knowledge-base/211-emv-aid-rid-pix )
- GP Spec: GP211

I want to ask:
1. Is this card is same as Gemalto IDPrime PIV Card ?
2. If same as Gemalto IDPrime PIV Card, why I always gets SW 6982 when doing secure channel protocol with GPPro shell command like this: gp.exe --visa2 --key 47454d5850524553534f53414d504c45 --list ?

Where's the key 47454d5850524553534f53414d504c45 come from?
Can you give us the APDUs communicate between the CARD and your tool?

Where's the key 47454d5850524553534f53414d504c45 come from?

Ans: I got it from GPShell wiki at https://sourceforge.net/p/globalplatform/wiki/GPShell/#secure-channel-keys
Can you give us the APDUs communicate between the CARD and your tool?

Ans: The tool is GlobalPlatform Pro (https://github.com/martinpaljak/GlobalPlatformPro), below is the command I used to test it... I used both 404142434445464748494A4B4C4D4E4F and 47454d5850524553534f53414d504c45 key without any success....

The key is not correct. You have to ask your card provider for the key.
Warning: Don't try the card for times with incorrect keys, maybe your card will be terminated.
