What is the max F,D value in ATR of eJava Token ?
Is it limited by F,D value?

You can set F,D value at will. Because the data communication isn't via ISO7816, the F,D value is invalid.
That is to say F,D value does not affect the communication speed. The communication speed of eJava Token is as fast as USB CCID transmission speed.
