Read + card for learning Java Card 3 ?

Hello,

I am looking for a "starter kit" (reader + card) that I could use to learn Java Card 3.

I need :

• I card reader that can be used under Windows 11. If it can be used under Ubuntu as well, it is better.
• I smart card that can execute Java Card 3 applets and that can handle AES and RSA.

My goal is to learn the Java Card 3 framework through the development of a basic cryptographic software.

There is so many cards and readers available... It's hard for a newbie to find the right combination that matches my goal for an acceptable price.
