Please, what is included with R502 SDK?

The included card in this Bundle/SDK is the IFD A40CR Card?

Is it a test card or standard card?

R502 SDK includes: 2 * Java Cards + 1 * R502 Reader

And the card in this bundle is IFD A40CR Card . It's standard card.
