Smard Card Proxy is a a plugin of JCIDE. It's a gui of debugshell. In the latest version of JCIDE, debugshell is just a output window. Smard Card Proxy do all the work.

It has the same look with pyApdutool. But it's not pyApdutool.
smard card proxy is just for JCIDE. pyApudutool is a tool to communicat with card.
