Phone not detect SIM card.

Hi all
I found a all allow applet and compiled and then created the CAP file and installed in the SIM card and when I put the sim in then phone, the sim can't detect the SIM. The problem is that when I user the same applet in other SIM brand the phone detected without problem. Why the JavaCardOS SIM card can't be detected?
