Some suggestions about pyResMan

Hi, @pyResMan developer or team!

I have used the latest version of pyResMan for some time. And now here are some suggestions. That is just what I think!

S1: You can re-plan the tool's layout, since I think that the tools' layout is not clear and convenient to use.

S2: That will be better if I can copy the APDU records in the list.

S3: When I send the .scr file, there isn't any send/receive records shown in the interface. So show the APDU transceiver record.

S4: Add some proprietary instructions, such as select card manager，delete pkg and so on.

I believe that this tool will be more and more better!
