PCSC interface and shell-run can't working at the same time ?

I New a wallet project, and check the ”Enable PCSC Interface“is true
in the IDE Options. then i debug the project, it is running. but when i
Edit order in the debug Shell-run ,it display "Jcvm is not connected". how
can i fix the problem
