How to register JAVACOS Tool offline?

Hey guys in register dialog there is an option to register
JCIDE offline. How to do that?

JCIDE only supports "Online registration" at present. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Hello. Is offline registration still unavailable? I've got my development machine in internal isolated development network (no internet access). There is an option to register offline in IDE, but where could I get regitstration code? Thank You
