JavaCard OS

I installed JCKit_JAVACOS_1.0.5.37 in my PC run Windows 7 Professional SP1
I was sign in successful by selecting Help->login
But when i register online by selecting Help->Register, and clicked on "register online now" button, it notify that "register failure".

How can i register JCKit ? Please help!

If I have already signed in successfully, after I select Help -> Register and click the button "Register online now", the message box "Thanks for Register!" will pop up.

For the problem you mentioned, it's because you have exceeded the maximum allowed number of login attempts.

To solve this issue, you can use your username and password to login our forum again, and you should also solve the CAPTCHA below.

If you can login this forum successfully, you can also login JCIDE successfully.

I did what you said, I selected Help->Register then I used my username and password to register but it notify "login error"
Is there another way to register JCIDE express version?

I re-install the tool and register again but result is the same

Hi @leonard,

We have determined the problem.
If your password includes some special characters, such as ! @ # $ % ^ & *, "register failure" will pop up.

Would you please confirm whether your password includes these special characters?
If yes, you can reset your password, then try to login again.
