cann't connect JCVM in JCIDE

I wanna connect
JCIDE Virtual Contact Reader via
pyApdutool, but I always failed to connect it. The error information is as below:
Where I made mistake? Please help me to resolve this problem.Thanks..

Hey, you might forget to enable PCSC interface in
JCIDE.

Select
Tool -> I
DE Options from the menu, the click"Run/Debug",just check the option"Enable PCSC Interface".
