I have two questions about
A40CR card.
1. Can I use JCOP Tools developed by NXP to develop java card applet and install into
A40CR cards?
2. Does your
A40CR card support Mifare 4K? Or can I change Mifare 1K to 4K after I received the cards?

A1- Yes, you can develop your own applet and install the applet into
A40CR via Eclipse JCOP plug-in.
A2-
A40CR card can be able to support Mifare 4K. But it is a customization feature, please be sure to tell us your requirement before shopping.
