Recommend the proper card

We are finding smart card for our project. I need the card has the following ability. Would you recommend the proper card to us? Thanks..

- the ability to load encryption keys on the card
- the ability to change pins
- the ability to encrypt and decrypt data with the card without exposing the keys

For your requirement, Java Card + PKI applet should be able to meet. And we could provide corresponding SDK for PKI which contains sample codes(VC) as well.

Hi! Thanks for your quick response.
Is the PKI applet you provide free?
And I need all to be developed in java.

We can provide the PKI applet for free. And our product support standard PKCS#11 and MS CAPI, you could use Java language to call our library file to do your own development.
