Thanks for your Tools section

I have been very impressed with the TOOLS section. Most tools in this section are very helpful to me.

Hope there are more and more related tools, which provide convenience for java card application developers.

IMO, the TOOLS section can add more algorithms tool, which can encrypt and decrypt text with the corresponding algorithm.

And now we are developing new algorithms tool and other java card applet development tool, which will be launched continuously in the near future.
