Authentication with DESFire EV1 card

I have a DESFire EV1 card and I had done a successful authentication before. But recently I can not authenticate with card. I don't know what I have done wrong with it. And I also found that its PICC key version is changed to 0xC7. Can anyone help to point out what I did wrong? Thanks

How do you get the PICC key version?
