Working on Id tech Card Reader

Im not able to integrate Card reader with Java Smart Card API. Please let me know the correct way to connect and if there is another solution. Thanks in Advance.

what api?Java smard card api ? card read ?
i use pc/sc interface to connect card which insert in a card reader.
