JCIDE error

Hello everyone

I have java Card Applet, where I am creating KeyAgreement object in Applets constructor.
Problem is that JCIDE return an error (69 85 Condition of use not satisfied) when JCIDE try to install applet when debug is start.
KeyAgreement object is with parameter KeyAgreement.ALG_EC_SVDP_DH_PLAIN.
When i change perameter to ALG_EC_SVDP_DH for example, it's working.

Does anyone know why? And how i can solve this?
